What can I do if I've lost access to the email I signed up with?

The following steps will help you recover your Instagram account.

To recover your account, you will need to report it as Hacked. It is the only way that Instagram can help you currently.  Here's to how.

1. Go to Instgram Help
2. Login & Troubleshooting
3. Fill in the form. 

4. You will then receive an email from Instagram, with a code and instructions. The email looks much like:
